Current Situation:
There is complete and dated Human Resources (HRH) called iHRIS Manager system as a test for Health Database for Church Health Institutions (CHIs) at CSSC, resulting  in coordinating and developing strategies for capacity building and sustainability
Challenge:
How do we complete the HRH database from the CHIs for CSSC, given financial, staff and time constraints?
