ICT - Information and Communications Technology is the modern technology to process and deliver information and communication, especially via Internet.
Communication is a process that allows organisms to exchange information by several methods. Communication requires that all parties understand a common language that is exchanged. There are auditory means, such as speaking or singing, and nonverbal, physical means, such as body language, sign language, paralanguage, touch, eye contact, or the use of writing.
A CSSC Communication Strategy has the only aim to spread the message and impart knowledge convincingly to all stakeholders in the area of health and education service provision, internally and externally, to support a sustainable development for the poor and disadvantaged and neglected people of Tanzania.
To promulgate the mission and vision of an organisation like Christian Social Service Commission (CSSC) there is a dire need of a Communication Strategy.
To marketing the organization, to spread the message, to propagate the values and principles of CSSC’s mandate a Communication Strategy is indispensable.
To strengthen the effectiveness of CSSC by raising knowledge, understanding
and support among key stakeholders in the health and education sector
Using communication(ICT) as a tool in the delivery of CSSCs operational activities
